Facility Rental

The Dakota Center has hosted birthday parties, baby showers, anniversary celebrations, business meetings, and other social and athletic events. If your organization or group is interested in renting, please contact us at (937) 228-8961.

Available Spaces and Rental Agreement (rental period is 9am-10pm on Saturday and 6pm-10pm weekdays. No Sunday rentals):  

  • Conference room
  • Gymnasium
  • Catering kitchen

All fees include up to 4 hours of usage, parking, restrooms, tables/chairs, and utilities. Rental Fee does not include set up or return of table, chairs or clean up from the event.  Rental of facility “as is”. 

  • At least $50 deposit to hold space
  • Payment in full before event start time
  • $75 charge in addition to rental for use of kitchen
  • Call for quote
Clean up costs if not performed by the renter (renter must return the Center to “as is” when it was rented which includes trash collection, tables and chairs where found). These costs are incurred as penalty and not rental pricing options:
  • Set up/return chairs/tables and cleaning (2 hrs increments)                      $100.00
  • Dump the dumpster (if event fills more than 50%)                            $55.00

  • Lifetime Commercial grade tables and chairs
  • 80 chairs
  • 8 six(6) foot rectangular tables
  • additional tables available for buffet lines, DJ table, gift table
