Dakota Center Golden Age Seniors

The Dakota Center’s senior program known as “The Golden Age ” is for seniors ages 55 and older. It is designed to promote a safe environment for them to gather. It is important for seniors to maintain quality independent living while attending to their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

We offer social activities, health, nutrition, educational enrichment opportunities, field trips, and age-appropriate leisure activities. Our seniors are more aware of healthy living as it pertains to eating a proper diet, exercising regularly, practicing home safety ,fall prevention, jazzercise, and visiting nurses. The Golden Age Club is offered year-round.
